中文摘要 | 學習社會必須滿足四個條件:開放的學習社會、終身的學習社會、推廣的學習社 會、自我的學習社會 (淺田隆夫,一九八二 )。教育部於民國八十七年訂為終身學習年,發 表「邁向學習社會」白皮書,旨在結合各方力量,提供國人多樣化、多管道、高品質、持續 的、系統的、徹底的.普及的學習機會,期使「人人學習,終身學習」,「活到老,學到老 」,尤有甚者「生也有涯,而知也無涯」,隨著晚近社會急劇變遷所引發的資訊革命,學習 社會的興起以及知識在社會神經濟發展的重要性與日遽增,知識的快速過時、人口的老化、 營養的注重、健康的改善,導致晚年工作時間延長與早期教育的向下延伸,復以個人基於威 長的需求,紛紛要求學習,因而促成了終身學習蓬勃的發展 (黃富順民,87)。 |
英文摘要 | Sport learning is the individual's activity, there is main body, like student, the guest body, like learning material, and the media, like computer, information, also has environment assistant body, like teacher, coach, fellows and education system, various resources, network, and the method of combining these concerning factors in learning method (learning the key point of how to keep learning for life), which is the research on the main learning body, as to the research and analysis of learning material, taking good use of learning media, as to the control of learning environment, all affect the completing of learning and effective learning. On the other hand, it is the key point to pay much attention on the learning attitude, method, skill and habit of students, athletes or P.E. performers. After graduation from schools, people still keep sport habit for life, then, the indvividual's P.E. sport knowledge may be promoted ever endlessly. There fore, it is well expected to set up a "learning how to learn" research institute, combining the people, money and experience from government, enterprise P.E. field and do a long term research on the concerning questions of how to learn. The result of research will be provided as important reference of sport for life. This Institute can be used as cultivating the concerning staff of learn-ing for life, and to carry out the ideas and acts of learning for life. |
