中文摘要 | 本文以『網球肘』為探討主題,利用較簡單的方式介紹網球肘的基本常識,以及物理治療方式及自行運動的方法,使網球運動愛好者,對網球肘有較充分的認識,並將網球肘所造成的運動傷害降到最低。最後建議從事網球運動時須注意:1、下場前的暖身非常重要、尤其是伸展運動。2、打反手拍時手肘要伸直,注意利用身體及肩膀的力量,擊球點要正確。3、雙手反拍較不會引起網球肘,可考慮改變擊球方式。4、網球拍方面,太大的拍面、球線太緊、握把太小、球拍材質彈性不佳均是造成網球肘形成的不良因子,應注意改善。 |
英文摘要 | The topic of this paper was to investigate tennis elbow. Using simple way to inruduce basic knowledge、physical therapy type、self-exercises methods for thennis elbow. It take understand adequately with tennis elbow for tennis player, and decreace Sports injuries. The final, subject to tennis player on the below: 1、Worm up was important before exercise, especially to stretching exercises. 2、During use backhand stroke what the elbow should be extension.Also,attention to use power by bady and shoulder, and the hitting point should be exactlly. 3、Double backhand storke was worth to consider. 4、In racket, such as larger racquet、tighter strings、smaller grip、lack of elastic in material, It may be contributing bad factors to tennis elbow.So, should be improve it. |
