英文摘要 | A new coplymer prepared from 8-quinolyl methacrylate, methyl methacrylate and n-butyl acrylate (PQMB) has been used as a matrix for immobilizing 2-(4-diphenylyl)-6-phenylbenzoxazole (PBBO) in optode membrane. The new sensing membrane exhibits changes in fluorescence intensities in the presence of berberine and o-nitrophenol. The performances of the PQMB copolymer-based sensor membrane are compared to those of methacrylate-acrylate polymer-based sensor membranes. Because there is a stronger action between the quinolyl group contained in PQMB and PBBO and a great deal of butyl which acted as an internal plasticizer', the PQMB-based sensor shows good reversibility, reproducibility, high sensitivity, short response and recovery times. Moreover, leaching of the PBBO from the new copolymer matrix has been slowed. As a result of larger capacity and stronger extractability to berberine and o-nitrophenol, the PQMB sensor membrane exhibits wider linear ranges and higher response slops than those obtained from a PVC membrane. |
