中文摘要 | 本研究在架構上以一個單一生產井模型為基礎,探討對井孔附近施以聚合物處理 ( Polymer Treatment )會對該生產井之生產情形( Performance ),包括:因出水而被 迫停產之日期、至停產時之累計採收量、採收率、井底壓力及氣水接觸面上升情形等,會造 成何種影響。所得出之結果可以使我們對於到底實施聚合物處理是否可以達到增加採收率的 效果有更進一步的了解,以及是否符合經濟效益,並將模擬所得到的結果提供給現場單位日 後在面對即將出水之生產井進行增產處理之參考依據。 研究的結果顯示,對一口即將出水或者是已經開始出水的天然氣生產井施行擠注具有堵水作 用的聚合物確實可以達到增加採收率的目的,至於可以增產的量的多寡則是受到許多因素的 控制與影響,諸如該氣田的原始蘊藏量、聚合物本身的性質與擠注的量及其分佈的情況、生 產過程中的一些條件限制,例如本研究中所採用的產率遞減( Water Cut Back )及下限產 率等等。 |
英文摘要 | The present study is based on a single production well model structure and mainly looks into the effect of polymer treatment to the performance of the well, including the date of the production stopped due to massive water production, the accumulative gas production, recovery factor, the change of bottom hole pressure against time and how the water table comes up etc. The result will enable us to gain a better understanding about if the polymer treatment can effectively increase the recovery factor as well as if it is economically efficient. Furthermore, the production engineers will be able to use the result to decide what kind of treatment should be applied to wells those are threatened by large amount of water production. The results show that polymer treatment indeed can reduce the speed of water production and consequently increase the recovery rate. The amount of the extra gas production depends upon many factors, such as the original gas in place, the property of the polymer selected, the quantity and the distribution of the polymer injected, and some conditions set to the well while producing. For example, the water cut back, economic limit and so on. |
