中文摘要 | 泵浦產業在臺灣已有七十年歷史,早在日據時代末期即已存在,過去業者在開發 新產品方面,大都以仿製為主,對於設計製造原理,並不明瞭,本案之目的即在利用過去業界 開發液體泵浦系統之傳統步驟,透過電腦輔助設計及製造技術相關軟硬體(CAE/CAD/CAM),加 以整合運用,使成一套泵浦系統快速開發流程,期望藉此縮短開發時程,及降低開發風險。 在泵浦性能方面,經過實體測試結果,符合最初客戶之性能需求,未來還可進一步將罩 殼部份納入流力分析當中,以尋求更精確預估泵浦水力性能,同時還可將其他機械零組件的 設計加以標準化,以更進一步縮短開發時程。 |
英文摘要 | Since the end of Japanese occupation, the pump industry existed for 70 years. In the past, the pump manufacturing was focusing on coping in terms of developing new product regardless of the principles of design and manufacturing. Through the computer aided design and manufacturing technology (CAL/CAD/CAM), this project aims to integrate the liquid pump system into a fast development procedure for the pump system with the hope that the development schedule and failure possibility can be reduced. In the aspect of pump performance, after the final testing, we found it can meet the customer's requirements. Therefore we will further combine the volute into fluid analysis to obtain the more precision hydraulic performance of pump. Besides we can standardize the design of the other mechanical parts to further reduce development schedule. |
