中文摘要 | 本論文以遺傳演算法求解配電變電所虛功率與電壓控制問題。遺傳演算法乃根據 自然進化所發展出之最佳化理論,在尋找最佳解的過程中將問題的控制變數以字串表示,透 過複製、交配、突變及外加菁英保留技巧來進行搜尋。本論文所處理配電變電所虛功率與電 壓控制問題乃是調度配電變電所主變壓器之有載分接頭位置及配電變電所內並聯電容器組, 以使得每一小時主變壓器之二次測匯流排電壓盡量維持在期望值附近,同時流經主變壓器之 虛功率能盡量的減少。且需滿足實際限制條件,限制條件包含主變壓器有載分接頭位置一天 內最大移動次數,及二次測匯流排電壓大小上下限限制,及電容器組一天內最大動作次數。 為了驗證本方法作此問題有效性,將以臺灣電力公司雲林區處二次變電所主變壓器作為應用 測試實例。由結果顯示應用本方法進行調度比實際運轉結果來得好。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper, a genetic algorithm to reactive power and voltage control in a distribution substation is proposed. The genetic algorithm is a search algorithm guided by naturla survival of fittest theory. In the search process, the control variables are represented by string bit. Through the genetic algorithm operator reproduction, crossover, mutation and the search process proceeds. The raactive power and voltage control problem in a distribution system in this paper is to dispatch main transformer under load tap changer (ULTC), substation capacitor based forecasted hourly loads and primary bus voltage such that the voltage profile can be improved, and the reactive power flow into main transformer can be restrained. The constraints that must be considered include maximum allowable number of switching operation in a day for capacitor and ULTC and the secondary bus voltage is limited. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach, reactive power and voltage control in a distribution station within the service area of Yun-Lin District Office of Taiwan Power Company is performed. It is found that a proper dispatching schedule for capacitor and under load tap changer can be reached by the proposed method. |
