中文摘要 | 本論文目的的在探索臺灣電子資訊工業人力資源管理駐外人員的訓練之研究,基 於中華民國正著手於經濟發展的新紀元,國內經濟架構以一連串快速的調整其工業發展,自 1980 年中期, 臺灣經濟架構已經明顯的改變,電子資訊工業的高科技產品已佔出口的重要 部份,這明顯的指出經濟結構已經轉型了。如此,電子資訊工業人力資源管理訓練系統應該 跟上未來的腳步來做進一步重組工程,我們更知道科技的轉輪從不停止,並且進步的速度更 加速,新奇的科技提供了高價值、低風險的科技,進而供給每一人有用的生活方式,保持公 司新奇是在這快速變遷中的工業唯一競爭成功的方法,為了跟著時代的腳步,並且在長期競 爭成功,人力在此是一關鍵資產,每一成功的標的是由人來發展,假如公司變的更注重訓練 系統,並且變的更了解訓練的導向將對公司本身有益處,公司在科技變遷況下將能快速反應 。由於臺灣電子資訊工業的國際化,我們能在這地球村�娷З蛓ㄗ扆牧穛{、附加價值產品、 高品質服務來重組我們的工作力結構而確保領先地位。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this thesis is to explore the investigation of transfers' training in human resource management of the electronics and information industry on Taiwan. Based on the Republic of China is at the threshold of a new era in the development of its economy, ist domestic economic structure has been transormed by a series of speedy adjustment with profound implicationis for its industrial development. Taiwan's economic structure has changed considerabley since mid-1980s. High-tech product of electronics and information industry have constituted a sharply increasing percentage of export. This indicate clearly the lines along which the economic structure has been transformed. Thus, the training system of human resource management of the electronics and information industry should keep up with the future to make advancement in re-engineering the objectives. We also know that the wheel of technology never stop running and the speed of progress is further accelecrated. Fresh technology provides high-value, low-risk technology with is affordable to everyone plus a long useful life-span. Keeping the company fresh is the only way to compete successfully in this rapidly changing industry. In order to keep up with the future and compete successfully in the long run, human power is the key asset in this state of the art. Every successful object is developed by human. If a company becomes much more focusing on training system and becomes much more understanding the training direction that will do good to the development itself, this company will react quickly to advance in technology and changing situation. Owing to the internationalization of Taiwan's electronics and information industry, we had better focus on the transfers' training in international human resource management of electronics and information industry on Taiwan. Thus, we could reengineer our workforce structure to match with securing the leading position by offering high-performing, valueadded products and high-quality services in this global village. |
