中文摘要 | 本研究以臨床病患站立平衡實驗數據,透過輸出誤差模型(Output Error Model) 進行腦中風病患、骨科髖關節置換病患及正常老年人站姿平衡系統之鑑別。系統之輸入為病 患平衡測試時腳底板晃動之位移量,系統輸出為腳壓中心(Center of Pressure, COP)晃動 軌跡。本研究是利用最小平方法估算人體平衡系統轉移函數,進而分析系統轉移函數中主要 極點位置、阻尼比及自然無阻尼頻率等人體平衡系統動態特性參數。本研究系統鑑別結果發 現腦中風病患族群系統轉移函數之主要極點分佈與傳統臨床上評估病患功能性獨立評量 (Functional Independent Measurement, FIM)中活動能力(mobility)之評分高低有直接相 關;正常老年人族群系統轉移函數之阻尼比指標分別為腦中風病患FIM高分組的1.1倍,為 FIM中分組的1.8倍,為FIM低分組的5.7倍。另外,在比較正常老年人與骨科全髖關節置 換病人族群之鑑別結果方面,發現正常老人族群阻尼比指標為全髖關節置換病人手術前的 1.5倍;除此,全髖關節置換病人之阻尼比指標在手術後三個月比手術前增加17.82%,表示 手術後病患之平衡穩定度有所改善。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, a human balance system identification scheme based on output error model was established. Clinical experimental results were used for identifying dynamic balance characteristics. The input and output data of the human balance system were the displacement of the footplate and COP sway patterns respectively. The transfer function of human balance system was identified by using the least square method. The dominant poles, damping ratio and undamped natural frequency were determined and compared among normal elderly group and stroke patient group, and total hip replacement patient group. The results showed that the damping ratio of the normal elderly group was 10% higher than that of the high FIM score patient group, 80% higher than that of the mid FIM score patient group, and 470% higher than that of the low FIM score patient group respectively. It is noted that the damping ratio of the normal elderly group is 50% higher than that of the total hip replacement patient group before operation. In addition, the damping ratio was increased by 17.82% after 3 months operation of the total hip replacement patient group. |
