中文摘要 | 許多研究致力於利用熱裂解程序將有機污泥轉化成為具有能源價值之燃氣 或是油品。本研究即利用低溫裂解在氮氣之環境下將污泥生成類油材料並探討此產品之特性 。 脫水之消化污泥和混合之初級生污泥在下列條件下被裂解反應:溫度:270 ∼ 350 ℃, 反應時間:0 ∼ 180 分,及催化劑 Na �� Co �陛G0 ∼ 5%( 重量比 ),經反應之油產值之 油產值 (油量 / 有機成份量 ) 約在 0.35 至 0.51 之間。 最高油產值的反應條件為 350 ℃,60 分反應時間,氮氣分壓 16cdm, 及使用 2.5% 重量比之催化劑 Na �� Co �陛A溫度 之升高會導致較密緻之產油,但具有較不黏滯特性。 產油之熱值約為 9000 卡 / 克,其性 質類似重油但成份中會有較高之氮物質 (5.1 ∼ 6.3%) |
英文摘要 | Different thermal pyrolytic processes have been studied for conversion of sludge organics into useful energy products either in the form of combustible gas or oil. The present study deals with characterization of oil properties from low temperature sludge pyrolysis under nitrogen conditions. The dewatered digested sludge and mixed raw primary and activated sludges were treated over a temperature range of 270-350 ℃, holing time of 0-180 minutes, and catalyst (Na �� CO �� ) loading of 0-5 wt% of solids. The results of oil yield (wt of oil/wt of volatile solids) range from 0.35 to 0.51, primarily dependent upon operating temperatures and sludge source. The conditions for the highest oil yield occur at 350 ℃, 60 minutes holding time, nitrogen pressure of 16 atm, and catalysts loading of 2.5 wt% Na �� CO ��. As pyrolysis temperature increases, oil is slightly dense, but much less viscous. The crude oil from sludge pyrolysis with an approximate 9000 cal/g heating value may be used as a substitute for heavy oil; however, oil still contains high nitrogen content (5.1-6.3%). |
