中文摘要 | 本研究的主要目的是在探討健康體能指導班實施後,對淡江大學女教職員工心肺 功能、肌肉適能、柔軟度及身體組成的影響,並評估她們在全國常模的等級。 研究對象 28 人,其中 30 至 65 歲組 17 人,30( 不含 ) 歲以下 11 人。 經過十二週、每週兩次、每 次至少一個小時課程,包括: 有氧舞蹈、肌力與肌耐力訓練、伸展操的運動,以及相關性質 的運動與保健基礎理論。 獲得如下結論: 一、30 歲至 65 歲組的心肺功能及柔軟度有顯著 的改善 (P<0.05),而肌肉適能亦有非常明顯的進步 (P<0.01); 在全國體能當模均位於「良 」的等級。 二、30( 不含 ) 歲以下組後的心肺功能、肌肉適能、柔軟度並沒有進步,在全 國體能當模均位於「普通」的等級。 三、30 歲至 65 歲組的身體質量指數與腰臀圍比無明 顯改善; 但 30( 不含 ) 歲以下組的體重及身體質量指數卻明顯的降低 (P<0.05), 腰臀圍 比亦非常顯著的減少 (P<0.01): 兩組均維持在「理想」,未具危害健康因子的狀態。總結: 本研究的健康體能指導班課程,確實有提昇本校女教職員工的健康體能的功能。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this research was to examine the effects of cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular fitness, flexibility and body composition after health-related physical fitness program on female colleagues of TarnKang University and tried to evaluate what ranks they locate in national norm tables. 28 women were divided into two groups, one group was between the age of 30 to 65 (N= 17), the other was under 30. (N= 11 ). They all joined in one hour a day, twice a week, 12-week programs. Each program included aerobic dance, muscle and muscular endurance training, stretching, and the basic theory of exercise and health-care. The results were concluded as follows: 1. The cardiorespiratory fitness and flexibility of the group aged 30 to 65 were improved significantly ( P<0.05 ), and so is the muscular fitness (P<0.01); They all located at " good " rank in national norm tables. 2. The cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular fitnes.s, and flexibility in the group under 30 were not improved. They were all located at the " fair " rank in national norm tables. 3. Body mass index and waist/hip ratio of the group aged 30 to 65 were not changed, but the other group were improved obviously. Both of the groups were in the "ideal" condition, no risk for health. It is therefore concluded that after taking the program, the health-related physical fitness of TarnKang University female colleagues was improved. |
