中文摘要 | 為對臺灣高雄港外海附近海域的環境噪音進行分析研究,本研究在高雄港外海建 立一個完整的環境噪音量測系統,進行高雄港外海的環境噪音量測、收集與分析。本研究以 環境噪音與時間及風速關係兩個主題作為探討目標,並藉由對環境噪音資料的線性迴歸分析 ,得到環境噪音時間及風速關聯式兩個環境噪音模式。時間關聯式估算環境噪音一天變化大 小,並且其時間變化特性與高雄港船隻活動有著顯著相關。另一方面,風速關聯式估算環境 噪音隨風速變化大小,同時環境噪音可分為風速相依與非風速相依兩部份,風速三節以上時 ,風速相依部份幾乎主導環境噪音的特性。相反地,在風速三節以下時,則由非風速相依部 份主導。以上兩個關聯式僅適用於估算高雄港外海,在風速 1 到 8 節時以及在二與三月之 間頻域在 200 Hz 至 3000 Hz 之環境噪音。。 |
英文摘要 | For studying the ambient noise near Kaohsiung harbor, a measurement and analysis system was built, which can sustain long-term measurement operation and is capable of post data processing. The major goal of data analysis in this research is to build the relation between ambient noise and time; ambient noise and wind speed, by using linear regression analysis. In time correlation model, one can not only estimate the variation of ambient noise through time, but also find the strong dependence between ambient noise and Kaohsiung harbor activities. The wind speed correlation model can predict the ambient noise level with varied wind speeds, moreover the ambient noise can be divided into two portions: wind dependent and non-wind dependent. It was shown when the wind speed is above 3 knots, the wind dependent portion almost dominates the ambient noise. On the other hand, when the wind speed is below 3 knots, the non-wind dependent portion prevails. It should be noted that the correlation models established in this research are confined to estimating the ambient noise level (200-3000 Hz) of ocean near Kaohsiung harbor, where wind speed is between 1 to 8 knots during the months of February and March. |
