中文摘要 | 目前政府已開放 800 MHz 頻段中繼式無線電話經營權。配合本校執行產學計畫製 作該頻段收發機模組內之混頻器電路, 其接收端之射頻電路的工作頻率範圍分佈於 851 MHz-866 MHz、混頻所得中頻頻率 30.85 MHz。本文所要探討為一個使用於 800 MHz 接收機 第一級混波功能的混頻器。經由電路模擬與實際製作量測相互驗證,該混波器特性如後:轉 換增益為 8 dB 以上, 1 dB 壓縮點位於 9.986 dBm 處, 輸出埠的本地振盪器訊號可被衰 減 50 dB 以上。 |
英文摘要 | The aim of this paper is to develop a mixer circuit, which can be applied to the trunking radio system. The established mixer circuit was simulated by computer and the simulation results agree with the tested date. The developed mixer circuit has been successfully applied to the 851-866 MHz trunking radio receiver wiht 30.85 MHz intermediate frequency and has the following characteristics: more than 8 dB conversion gain, 9.986 dBm at 1 dB compression point, and local signal can be attenuated more than 50 dB at the output port. |
