中文摘要 | 本研究以高職建教生為對象,對建教合作工廠之工作崗位訓練進行研究。強調讓建教生置身於生產工廠的工作情境中,身歷其境去面對工作崗位上的可能問題,應用所學之既有經驗主動探索和學習實用性知識與技能,以完成所交付之工作任務。因此本研究之目的,旨在探究工作本位學習之相關理論、進行工作本位學習在高職建教合作訓練應用之實驗、以及評估工作本位學習在高職建教合作訓練應用之成效。 本研究採用理論探討、實地訪視與實地訪談等方法。首先經由理論之探討,進行實驗課程設計,並選擇特定建教廠之工作崗位進行工作本位學習實驗。實驗過程研究者以實地訪視方式進行成效評估,實驗期滿後再以深度訪談方式進行實驗成效評估。研究之結果獲得:工作本位學習在工作崗位應用結果令建教廠滿意,以及原住民學生工作習慣與態度表現優於其他學生等結論。惟與廠長、教導者、建教生深度訪談後,亦出現若干尚待克服之問題,針對這些問題,研究者最後提出若干建議以供參考。 |
英文摘要 | This study focuses on the theory of work-based learning that applies on the workshop in On-the-Job training program. The purposes of this study are exploring the relative theories of work-based learning in order to carry out an experiment with work-based learning theory for the plant-school cooperative students from vocational high school and evaluate the benefit of the experiment. The research methods are theory analysis, observation, and panel discussion with non-structure during the research process. The research steps as follows: First, exploring the relative theories of work-based learning, Second, making an experiment design and selecting a proper job in a factory. Third, implementing the result of the experiment. During the era of experiment, the researcher visits the factory per week to evaluate the benefit of this experiment. Finally, the researcher evaluates the result and benefit after the end of experiment. The conclusions from this study are: The factory is satisfied with the benefits obtained from applying work-based learning theory on On-the-Job training for vocational high school students, and the aboriginal students' work behavior and work altitude superior to the others without training under the same program. At the same time, there are some problems to have to solute after panel discussion with manager, instructor, and students. Facing such problems, the researcher suggests some strategies for reference. |
