英文摘要 | Teachers play important roles in curriculum implementation, even perfect curriculum design needs teachers' professional ability to operate effectively. This study is to discuss the curriculum implementation from teachers' level from the meaning of curriculum, theory development; the meaning, view, levels of implementation, influential reasons of curriculum implementation. Second, refer to relate literature, the study offers the experimental model of curriculum implementation. Third, this study makes suggestions to the curriculum design of teachers' training. The suggestions are as follows: 1. The teacher training curriculum should increase the discussions of the curriculum theory in the teacher initial training. 2. The teacher training curriculum should enlarge curriculum knowledge and professional development. 3.The teacher training curriculum should value the cultivation of teachers' implementation and transformation in curriculum. 4. The teacher training curriculum should offer the opportunities to emulate curriculum and teaching practice. 5. The teacher training curriculum should enrich the content of curriculum and teaching research and experiment. |
