中文摘要 | 混凝土中的鹼質成份與活性粒料發生反應作用,會使混凝土產生龜裂、起泡、爆裂等現象,嚴重時會造成構造物的崩毀,對於混凝土耐久性有相當不利的影響。判測鹼質與粒料反應不能僅由目測作為唯一之依據,必須經由相關規範進行實驗後始能確定。本研究應用目視檢測構造物的外部徵候、粒料岩相分析、化學法、砂漿棒法、微觀分析等方法,對花蓮港區的混凝土構造物進行現況分析,及探討骨材是否具有鹼質粒料反應活性等研究。結果顯示部份混凝土構造物有鹼質與粒料反應之現象,其嚴重性依次為消波塊、防波堤等構造物。 |
英文摘要 | Alkali-aggregate reaction (AAR) would result in map cracking, pop-out, or expansion in concrete structures. It may collapse at serious deterioration and degrade concrete durability. Alkali-aggregate reaction can not be diagnosed only by field visual inspection on concrete surfaces. It must be further identification by means of criteria of ASTM C-227 & C-289 or other methods. In this study, visual inspection, aggregate rock petrography examination, chemical analysis, mortar bar test and scanning electron microscope were applied to analyze the existed concrete structures at Hwa-Lian Harbor in Taiwan. The results indicated that aprt of structures appeared alkali-aggregate reaction. Blocks have the most serious AAR deterioration and embankment is next. |
