中文摘要 | 農民以洋香瓜網紋展開的疏密程度作為判斷成熟度的指標,由於品種、季節、溫 度、栽培管理方式不同,即使外觀完美,內部品質仍然不一致。本研究利用衝擊激振音波 檢測技術,應用強性球理論與FFT轉換,檢測成熟與即將成熟網紋洋香瓜的共振頻率,探討 音波檢測洋香瓜質地的可行性。發現第二共振頻率振幅最大,故第二共振頻率為其主峰頻 率,可採摘的成熟洋香瓜主峰頻率201±6.9Hz,未成熟(再兩天成熟)的洋香瓜主峰頻率 186±7Hz,成熟的洋香瓜主峰頻率較未成熟的高,且誤差較小,顯示愈成熟的果實以音波 檢測準確性愈高,以音波儀器來判斷成熟度應該可行。利用共振頻率平方(f��)與質量(m) 組合之剛性係數與彈性係數具有高度相關性(R��=0.869),可以用來預估堅實度與成熟度。 |
英文摘要 | The experienced farmers judged the maturity of cantaloupe by the density of surface veins. Due to variety, seasons, temperature and different cultural management methods, the internal qualities of cantaloupes were not uniform although they had a beautiful external appearance. This study applied the impact acoustics dedication technology and elastic sphere theorem and FFT methods to evaluate the maturity of cantalopue. This study determined the possiblilty of evaluating the texture of cantalopue by acoustics. The result of this study found out that the second resonant frequency has maximum amplitude and named main peak frequency. The main peak frequency of mature cantaloupe is 201±6.9Hz and the main peak frequency of not mature cantaloupe is 186±7Hz. The mature cantaloupe has higher main peak frequency and lower error that were compared with not mature one. It means more mature cantaloupe can be evaluate the quality more accurate so it is possibility that use acoustic instrument to evaluate the maturity of cantaloupe. To evaluate the firmness and maturity can use the stiffness that was determined by combining the square of resonant frequency (f��) and mass (m). There is a good relationship between the stiffness and elastic modulus (R��=0.869). |
