中文摘要 | 洋香瓜為蘭陽地區重要的經濟作物之一,屬更年性果實,採收成熟度與果實品質及耐貯藏時間等特性極具關聯,因此為掌握客觀、準確之採收成熟度判斷方法,本研究針對不同成熟度及貯藏方式下洋香瓜之各項物性分析,來探究成熟度及貯藏方式與洋香瓜各項物性之關係。本研究試驗材料為蘭陽地區之主要栽培品種“狀元”及“女神”洋香瓜,試驗方法為將採收之不同成熟度洋香瓜於甫採收時及貯藏於4℃下7日後檢測果實之各項物性變化。結果顯示“狀元”洋香瓜之成熟度與果實重量、投影面積及果實厚度呈現顯著的正相關性,此些物性應可作為“狀元”洋香瓜成熟度判斷之指標。“女神”洋香瓜的成熟度則與果肉糖度極具相關性,6分熟果實之果肉糖度為11°Brix,7分熟後則增加至13°Brix。經過貯藏後“狀元”及“女神”洋香瓜皆有失重、果實硬度降低的現象,但無腐爛等果實劣變的情形發生。“狀元”洋香瓜之果皮顏色a值於貯藏後明顯增加,顏色L、b值則變化不明顯;“女神”洋香瓜之果皮顏色a、b值則與成熟度呈正相關性,但貯藏後果皮之顏色L、a、b皆無明顯的變化。 |
英文摘要 | Muskmelons, the climatic fruits were the important economic crop in I-Lan county. The harvest maturity influenced the fruit quality and storage period. Therefore, this study was to investigate the relationship between harvest maturity, storage period and physical properties of muskmelon. The muskmelon, Cucumis melo L., cultiver “Golden Prize” and “Diosa” were examined fruits' physical properties after just were harvested and stored at 4℃, 7 days. The results were weight and area of fruits, thickness of flesh could be the indexes for the harvest maturity of “Gloden Prize”. But the soluble solid content increased with maturity of “Diosa”. After storage periods, all samples would lose weight and decline firmness of fruits. After storage periods, a value of “Golden Prize” fruits' skin increased significantly, but L and b values were no significant changes. Fruits of “Diosa”, a and b values of skin and maturity were positive correlated. But after storage period, there were no significant changes in L, a and b values of “Diosa” fruits' skin. |
