中文摘要 | 本文首先利用橢圓形齒輪之數學模式獲得精確的橢圓形齒輪輪廓,根據所獲得的 輪廓數據切製出光彈實驗所需之實驗模型,進而從事光彈儀器之實驗操作,再使用數位光彈 法準確地計算出影像上各點所代表的條紋級次。在應力計算方面,求解非線性有限差分方程 式, 以求得各點之馮密西斯( von-Mises )應力值,最後並繪出橢圓形齒輪之應力分佈圖 。利用所得到的應力分佈曲線圖,可提供我們在設計橢圓形齒輪時,其接觸負荷之最佳作用 範圍。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, the mathematical model of an elliptical gear is used to obtain the exact profile of the gear and thus an experimental gear is made according to the profile data. The corresponding representative fringe order of all the points are calculated by the digital photoelasticity. By solving the set of nonlinear finite difference equations, the von-Mises stress of all points can be obtained and the computer graphs of the gear stress distribution can also be made. The computer graphs of the gear stress distributions provide the optimal loading range of the elliptical gear for gear design. |
