中文摘要 | 本篇論文的目的是研究OFHC銅在超精密加工時,切削速度及溫度對被加工工件之應力及應變的影響。經由模擬可以獲得工件之殘留應力及應變的分佈。模擬獲得之切削力大小與實驗數據相當吻合。由模擬結果,應變、應變率及溫度對於OFHC銅材料特性的影響中,以溫度的影響最大。其主要原因是溫度的效應會使得工件的流動應力(flow stress)較小,以及較大的應變率。若不考慮溫度的效應時,則較大的切削速度會使得工件內部產生較大的殘留應力。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this research is to study the effect of the cutting velocity and temperature on mechanical state of the machined work piece for ultraprecision cutting OFHC (Oxygen free high conductivity)copper. Through the simulation, the residual stess and strain distributions within the machined work piece were analytically calculated. The calculated cutting force agreed with experimental results. The simulation results indicate that as far as the impact of the impact of temperature, strain and strain rate on OFHC copper is concerned, the impact of temperature is the most dramatic. The reason lies in that the effect of temperature leads to a smaller flow stress and a greater strain in a machined work piece. If the effect of temperature is not considered, the faster the cutting velocity is, the greater the residual stress of workpiece |
