中文摘要 | 以具有台中65號(T65)遺傳背景之標識基因之近同源系為材料,探討標識基因對農 藝性狀之影響。結果簡要如下: 大部分之標識基因對農藝性狀具多效性作用,其作用程度依基因及性狀之不同而有顯著 差異,並可將其分為3群: A群(Dn-1):對農藝性狀有增加之影響。 B群(An-4、Wh、wx、g-1、gl-1、gh-1、Hg、Cl、fs-1、Rc、Ps): 對農藝性狀無顯著之作用。可供為間接選拔及回交育種或遠緣雜交之標識。 C群(pgl、pl、Ef-1、lk-i、la):對農藝性狀具有抑制之作用。 |
英文摘要 | The pattern of pleiotropic effects of 19 marker genes on agronomic characters of rice was investigated by using nearisogenic lines of Taichung 65. Generally, the marker genes expressed pleiotropic effect on the agronomic characters, but the effect appeared to vary with individual genes and characters. The marker genes investigated were classified into three groups according to their pleiotropic effects on the agronomic characters, ie. Group A (Dn-1) tened to increase effect on agronomic characters. Group B (An-4, Wh, wx, g-1, gl-1, Hg, C1, fs-1 and Rc) in which the effect on agronomic characters were similar to that of Taichung 65, and may be used as a marker of the indirect selection, the back cross breeding or the distantly related hybridization. Group C (pgl, pl, Ef- 1, lk-I, la) tended to reduce effect on agronomic characters. |
