英文摘要 | The near-infrared (NIR) analysis method offers a number of advantages over traditional analytical methods and has been used in petroleum and petrochemical industries in recent years. NIR is a fast, high precision multi- component analytical method for measuring hydrocarbon process stream properties. By using this technique in the laboratory, there is a great saving in man power and time in running the sample analysis. Its precision is good enough to be used in either on-line monitoring or off-line analysis of gasoline properties such as benzene, MTBE content and octane number. At CPC, we have applied this method successfully to on-line RON control in one of CPC's gasoline blending plants. We have also enjoyed the convenience of using the NIR method in the laboratory for routine analysis of unleaded and premier gasoline samples. |
