中文摘要 | 單機生產與成品庫存彈性系統(Single Machine Production/Inventory Flexible System,SMPIFS) 可以生產及儲存相異的產品,是多種少量工廠為解決變動需求的 整體系統解決方案之一。 本文結合系統模擬 (system simulation) 及禁制搜尋技術 (Tabu search technique) 等方法, 研究多種產品的單機生產與 (s.q) 成品庫存彈性系統的最佳 化設計問題,相關的系統成本包括了各項產品的生產設定成本、成品存貨持有成本及成品缺 貨成本。在系統的限制條件下。藉由尋找系統最低總成本的過程,逐步搜尋 SMPIFS 中的成 品存貨管制的最佳化設計參數。本文最後以一個具有三項產品的單機生產存貨工廠實例說明 此整合系統的最佳解求解過程。研究結果顯示,應用系統模擬技術及配合最佳解搜尋技術, 可以有效解決 SMPIS 的最佳化設計問題。 |
英文摘要 | The single machine production/inventory flexible systems (SMPIFS) for the production and storage of different goods, is one solution for a multiproduct plant to solve the problem of dynamic demand. In this paper, the technologies of system simulation and Tabu search are integrated in order to study the optimal design problem of multi-products and single machine production / (s,q) finished goods inventory systems. The related items of cost include production setup costs, finished goods holding costs and finished goods backorder costs. Under some system's constraints, the optimal parameters of the finished good inventory management system are searched step by step. Finally, the author applied this integrated technology to a three-product case, and the results indicate that it is very helpful for a designer in solving SMPIFS problems. |
