中文摘要 | 由於清淨鋼需求旺盛,二次精煉要求嚴苛及人工昂貴,鋁尖晶石耐火混凝土已 取代高鋁磚成為盛鋼桶主流材料。此等材料由合成鎂鋁尖晶石、合成氧化鋁及高鋁耐 火水泥組成。其核心技術主要原料選擇,組成配比,粒度控制,超微粉及減水劑的 應用。本文主要針對組成成份,如尖晶石、高鋁水泥含量、添加SiO�窈L粉及粒度對 混凝土品質性質之影響及爐渣侵蝕機能作一回顧。 |
英文摘要 | Due to the world wide trend of an increasing demand for clean steels, severer operating environment for ladles and an increasing labor costs, aluminaspinel castables have replaced high-alumina bricks to become the main refractory for ladle linings. Castables are consisted of calcined magnesia alumina spinel, calcined and fused aluminas, and high-alumina cement. The present work is to review the influence of mineralogical composition, such as spinel, cement and a minor amount of microsilica addition, and mix grading on the properties of these castables, as well as slag resistant mechanism of castables. |
