英文摘要 | Over the last few years there has been significant shift in the usage of refractory materials. Whereas in the past most refractories construction relied in either standard or special format there has now been a move to utilies monolithics wherever this is feasible. This advance has brought with it the need for different approach to installation. The traditional skills of the steel ladle bricklayers diminishing and being replace by new sills often involving a high degree of mechanization. There changes have served to help decrease refractory usage, improve performance in service and decrease cost often dramatically. The steel quality has been improve by the usage of alumina-spinel castable in comparing with zircon or high alumina bricks lining and the life of steel ladle also has increased from 90 heats up to 200 heats. |
