英文摘要 | This paper utilizes an optimization procedure to find the winding tension patterns for prescribed in-roll stress distributions of wound rolls with radially nonlinear elastic properties. The inverse analysis of the linear winding problems has been solved analytically by Boutaghou and Chase (1991). But the implicit relations between the winding tension and in-roll stresses for nonlinear winding problems, prohibit the use of conventional optimization algorithms using first derivative information. An iteration method with a zero order search direction is used. Effectiveness and versatility of the procedure are demonstrated by the examples with prescribed radial stress and circumferential stress distributions. The effects of specific constraints and initial conditions are also illustrated. |
