英文摘要 | This paper presents a method called the "piecewise generation method" for generating the conjugate shapes from sets of data points using linear functions to fit the points. The points for a cutter can be either evaluated from the analytical from or measured from coordinate measuring machine. "Secondary generations" can be found using this method, but determining the working range of the kinematic parameter, φ□, for per linear small cutter can explain the phenomenon and compensate for discontinuities in generation procedure. This method provides a practical and useful tool for conjugate-pair design and reverse engineering. |
