英文摘要 | Currently, most studies on China's introduction of the joint stock partnership in the state enterprises deal with the economic, political, institutional and social impact on the reform. However the Asian financial crisis that started in Thailand two years ago has prompted researchers to make researches on the positive and negative effects of various cultures on the economic structures. As China's traditional cultures have been profoundly affected by Confucianism, foreign economic scholars are interested in exploring the factors behind the mainland's traditional culture evolving during the reign of communists that impede Beijing's on-going state-sector reform. This article discusses mainland China's failures in the implementaion of diverse forms of joint stock partnerships, some negative aspects of its traditional cultures and communist values, in the hope that it could serve as a reference for further studies on Beijing's reform in the state enterprise sector. |
