中文摘要 | 本研究以緻密配比法調配不同漿量之高性能混凝土,透過水化放熱,凝結時間、 超音波波速、抗壓強度、電阻及界面微觀結構等試驗,探討其水化作用行為,並與以往水泥 漿之水化資訊相互比較,以解析出高性能混凝土之水化機理。結果顯示,高性能混凝土之水 化放熱行為及早期強度與水泥用量及水灰比有密切關係, 長期性質則與用水量及水固比 (W/S) 有關。高性能混凝土之水化放熱曲線和卜特蘭水泥漿之水化放熱曲線類似,並且在抗 貫人、超音波及水化放熱曲線上存在一個由懸浮體至固體之過渡轉換區,其區間長短則與漿 量多寡有密切關係。由本研究顯示高性能混凝土之水化機理與水泥漿體之水化機理相似,骨 材在高性能混凝土只扮演填充作用,對水化作用只有空間之影響。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, the densified mixture design algorithm was adopted to p roduce high performance concrete (HPC). The evolution, setting time, ultrasonic pulse velocity, compressive strength, electric resistance and microstructure of interface were studied to understand the hydration behavior of HPC, which would be compared with the hydration information of paste. The result indicates that the early strength and hydration behavior are closely related to cement amount and W/C. Long-term properties were related to water amount and W/S ratio. The hydration evolution curves of HPC and of pozzolanic cement paste are similar. Besides, the duration of the transition zone between suspension to solid, which appears in the anti-penetrative curve, ultrasonic pulse velocity cruve and hydration evolution cruve, is related to cement paste amount. Therefore, the hydration mechanisms of HPC and of cement paste are similar. In other words, for HPC aggregates just plays a filling and fame role. |
