中文摘要 | 本文依據圓錐滾子從動件與球面凸輪間之相對位置,定義其座標系統求出座標轉 換矩陣。從動件的加速度運動曲線選三角函數組成之曲線。指定滾子曲面方程式與機構的運 動曲線之後,應用共軛曲面原理、座標轉換以及微分幾何推導出球面凸輪之輪廓外形方程式, 並依壓力角定義,推導出壓力角方程式。本文舉一設計實例,代入一組選定的設計參數值於 求出之球面凸輪輪廓外形方程式,用CAD軟體繪出從動件與球面凸輪的實體模型,分析凸 輪的壓力角,將球面凸輪之輪廓外形的座標值,利用CAM軟體經過轉換與運算求得NC程 式碼,再以DNC傳輸軟體傳送至綜合加工中心機和NC車床以切削加工出球面凸輪,並組 裝出一球面凸輪機構之雛型。本文之研究成果對設計與加工具圓錐滾子從動件之球面凸輪有 相當之貢獻。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper, the coordinate systems between a spherical cam and a follower with conical roller are well defined according to the relative position of cam and follower. Then, the coordinate transformation matrices are obtained. We choose the combination of triangle function curve as the acceleration curve of the follower. If the surface equation of the roller and motion curves of the cam are specified, profile equation of spherical cam can be derived based on the theory of conjugate surfaces, coordinate transformation, and differential geometry. According to the definition of pressure angle, the pressure angle equation of this mechanism is derived. A design example is presented in this paper. By substituting a chosen set of designing parameters into these derived equations, the solid moldings of this design example were simulated by using AutoCAD software. We transfer the coordinate values of cam profile into NC program code by using Master CAM software. Then the NC program is transfer from pc to NC controller of Machine Center by using DNC software. A spherical cam is machined on the Machine Center. In this paper, a prototype of a spherical cam with conical roller follower is assembled. The results of this paper may make some contributions to the design and manufacture of spherical cam with conical rollers follower. |
