中文摘要 | 日內瓦輪機構,廣泛應用於自動化機械之分度機構上,但傳統之日內瓦輪機構, 其運動特性不理想,即圓形驅動銷與直線滑槽,在運動接觸之起始點與終點瞬間產生固有衝 擊性,引起振動和噪音,並增加磨耗,因此限制了傳動速度和適用範圍。為了有效改善此缺 點,並提高機構運動性能,本研究以機構倒置法,以擺線、擺線&4-5-6-7多項式和3-4-5&4-5-6-7 多項式等運動曲線來合成驅動銷之外型及槽之斜度。首先利用C程式模擬繪出銷之外型, 接著經由AUTOCAD之DXF交換檔,進入CAD工作區,仔細檢查驅動銷之外型,作為比 較槽斜度之過切情況,據以決定槽之最佳斜度。再以DXF之交換檔進入PD/PM系統執行 銑削路徑模擬,並經由後處理產生NC程式,最後使用綜合加工中心機加工出新日內瓦輪機 構之實體模型。 |
英文摘要 | The Geneva mechanism is widely used on the automated position indexing machine. The motion characteristic of the conventional Geneva mechanism are not ideal. For example, the start point and end point of motion contacts on circular driving pin and straight sliding slot will generate inherent pulse shocks, and it cause machine vibration noise, and wearing. Therefore, the mechanism inversion method with cycloid, cycloid & 4-5-6-7 polynomial and 3-4-5 & 4-5-6-7 polynomial characteristic curves are used to form the shape of driving pin and the slope of slot in order to improve the motion characteristics. First of all the computer program written in C is used to simulate the shape of driving pin. Next, the AUTOCAD package is employed to compare the slope undercut of slot and determine the optimal slope of slot. Then, the PD/PM software is used to animate the milling path and generate the NC code. Finally, these NC code are input on the machining center to manufacture the solid model of the new Geneva mechanism. |
