中文摘要 | 本文旨在發展參數化實體模組自動繪圖、分析與製造的整合系統,並經由劃線台 範例說明系統發展之理念與方法。透過Mechanical Desktop (MDT)為系統主控環境的規劃下, 分別建立參數化實體模組自動繪圖、分析與製造等三大模組化系統,各子系統間則透過 Autolisp介面程式與下拉式功能表、圖像功能表製作方式,完成系統的彈性整合。研究結果 顯示,本系統不僅簡化機械產品繪圖、分析與製造過程,而開放架構的系統設計方式,更賦 予工作圖在操作過程中彈性運用的功能。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this paper is to develop a flexible integrated system to assist the automatic drawing, analyzing, and manufacturing with parameterized solid modules. Moreover, to describe the concept and methodology by using the liner platform in system development. This integrated system comprises three subsystems for automatic drawing, analyzing and manufacturing with parameterized solid modules under the Mechanical Desktop (MDT) environment which contains pull-down menu, icon menu, and can be interfaced with Autolisp. The results of this paper indicate that the flexible integrated system can simplify the processes in drawing, analyzing and manufacturing for mechanical products. Besides, the open architecture system provides flexible manipulation for creating the working drawings. |
