中文摘要 | 本研究係針對資訊服務業廠商進行調查,利用問卷調查配合深入訪談的方式,從 廠商的競爭策略著手,來檢視不同競爭策略的採用,是否對於獲致的績效具有顯著差異。同 時,也探討資訊服務業的策略群組,以及群組間績效的差異。經過因素分析後,本研究將廠 商的競爭策略分成五個構面,分別是:成本領導策略、創新差異策略、行銷差異策略、集中 化策略以及代理商策略等。此外,利用這些競爭策略的組合,可以將廠商分成五個策略群組 。研究結果顯示,不同策略群組間的組織正式化程度有顯著差異;而其餘組織構面的檢定則 未達顯著水準。不同策略群組間的銷售額滿意度有顯著差異;而其餘績效變數檢定則未達顯 著水準。 |
英文摘要 | This study utilizes questionnaire as well as in-depth interview to further investigate the corporate competitive strategy in the information service industry, in addition to exam whether the difference between the adoption of different competitive strategy, and the derived performance is significant. Meanwhile, this paper also studies the strategic groups in the information service industry and the difference of the performances among these groups. After factor analysis, we found that there are five dimensions in competitive strategy, such as cost leadership strategy, innovation strategy, marketing strategy, focus strategy and agent strategy. Meanwhile, we also divided these samples to five strategic groups. The research finding indicated that there are significant differences among the oranization's centralization and sales satisfaction of different strategic groups, and there are no significant differences in other dimensions. |
