中文摘要 | 以認知類為理論的觀點而言,兒童問題的產生是因為缺乏學習及技巧、缺乏正向的 增強、具有不合邏輯或自我挫敗的思考方式及對高度壓力的身體反應所造成。一些認知行為 輔導的實驗研究,證實有其功效,諸如:對施慮兒童、沮喪兒童、攻擊、過動兒、飲食異常 兒童、學習障礎兒童等對象,認知行為輔導證實獲得正面的效果。本文探討認知行為輔導之 定義,認售行為輔導之一般特質,研究者並提出一套認知行為模式,及團體輔導過程和支巧, 以幫助?童在離開認知行為輔導團體後,能於社會環境中產生良好之適應。 |
英文摘要 | From the point of view of cognitive-behavioral theorists, children's problems are caused by: (1) lacking of cognitive-behavioral techniques and learning; (2) licking of positive reinforcement; (3) illogical or self-defeated thinking; (4) body reaction from high pressure. Cognitive-behavioral group counseling has been statistically and practically proved to be effective, especially to those who are anxious, depressive, aggressive, overactive and who have eating disorder, and learning disabilities. In this study, the researcher defined cognitive-behaviorism, and explored general characteristics of cognitive-behavioral counseling. In addition, the researcher proposed a cognitive-behavioral model and cognitive-behavioral group counseling process and techniques. Ultimately, a good group counselor should help children to adjust well in the real world. |
