中文摘要 | 洪水頻率分析一般均需藉由流量紀錄以統計分析方式進行推估, 所以無紀錄地區 之洪水頻率分析工作,實為水資源工程規劃設計所面臨最大困難之一。本文先分析集水區降 雨強度與延時之機率分佈特性,以建立降雨模式; 並配合運動波- V 型漫地流模式,推衍 集水區降雨-逕流關係。而後藉由降雨模式與逕流模式之輸出結果,推求超過某一特定逕流 量之發生機率,以進行洪水頻率分析。研究中將此種洪水頻率分析方式,應用在臺灣北部兩 個集水區中,結果顯示利用流量紀錄進行洪水頻率分析之結果,與本文所推導的洪水頻率分 析結果大致相近。因此,對於本省無流量紀錄地區,可藉本文所倡議之方式進行洪水頻率分 析。 |
英文摘要 | Flood frequency analysis is generally based on watershed discharge records using various statistical methods. Engineers are always faced with the difficult problem of determining the design discharge in ungauged watersheds. In this study, the rainfall characteristics of the watershed of interest are investigated to construct the probability distributions for rainfall intensity and rainfall duration. A V-shape overland model based on kinematic-wave approximation is used to derive the rainfall-runoff relationship of the watershed. The probability of occurrence for a specified runoff discharges with respect to various rainfall conditions is then used for further flood frquency analysis. The proposed model is verified by the good agreement between simulated and recorded discharge of two example watersheds in northern Taiwan. The results indicate the potential of the proposed model as a useful tool in ungauged watersheds for flood frequency analysis. |
