中文摘要 | 基於大觀與明潭兩電廠所屬結構設施安全之考量,必須於水里溪集水區進行相關 之水土保持工程。然而,由於水里溪之各次集水區均為無水文紀錄地區,因此本研究之主要 目的乃在探討如何適切推求水里溪各次集水區之最大逕流量。有鑑於傳統合理化公式之缺 點,研究中首先利用數值高程模式推求水里溪各次集水區之地文參數,以提高地文參數量測 之精度並可節省作業時間。本研究並採用運動波集流時間公式,將降雨強度及集水區河川網 路所造成的影響納入考慮,以推求水里溪各次集水區之集流時間與最大逕流量;同時配合合 理化公式,以求得水里溪各次集水區在不同重視期距下之逕流係數值,以利於現場工程人員 之直接取用。 |
英文摘要 | Due to the safety consideration of the Ta-kuan and Ming-tan power stations, the related soil conservation constructions are needed in the Shui-li Creek watershed. Since the upstream subbasins of the Shui-li Creek watershed are ungaged, the runoff-peak design method was proposed to solve this problem. In order to improve the accuracy of the geomorphic parameters and to simplify the time-consuming work involved in parameters measurement on topographic maps, the digital elevation model was used in this study to obtain the geomorphic parameters of the study watershed. Furthermore, the kinematic-wave theory was used to obtain the time of concentrations and the design discharges of the watersheds. The effects of rainfall intensity and the stream netwoks were included in this approach. The runoff coefficients of different retum periods were also analyzed for further practical applications. |
