中文摘要 | 由於環保意識的日益高漲,廢氣排放標準隨之更加嚴苛,中鋼煤化學工場三階脫 硫場於82年9月(由德國STILL-OTTO公司建造),一、二階於84年11月(德國K.K公司建造) 分別順利列入操作,大大的降低了COG燃燒產生的SOx。 一、二、三階脫硫場均屬Modified CLAUS Plant,即前段製程(氨裂解爐以前)為 STILL-OTTO公司設計,後段製程(CLAUS Reactor以後)為德國CLAUS氏所發明,後者歷史已 久,廣範地被用在天然氣,煉油場等之脫硫。而中鋼之脫硫工場(亦統稱為CLAUS Plant))主 要是將粗煤氣COG中NH3, H2S, HCN, CnHm等洗滌下來,再經過蒸餾成氣體後,送往脫硫場 各安置有固體觸媒之燃燒反應爐進行裂解,H2S被燃燒還原成SO2及液態硫,NH3, HCN, CnHm 則被裂解成N2, H2, CO2,H2O等,連同廢氣繞回粗煤氣系統後重新經過洗滌,形成一密閉系 統而不致污染大氣,而乾淨的COG則送至下游燃燒使廢氣中SOx含量低於300ppm以下。 |
英文摘要 | With the increasing consciousness of enviromental protection, the standard of emission is getting more and more strict. To comply with the standard, the phass 3 coal chemical plant of CSC had been erected on September, 1993, by STILL-OTTO company, GERMANY, and the plant of phase 1 and 2 had been erected by K. K. company, GERMANY on November, 1995. Currently these 2 plants are in smooth operation and successfully to minimize SOx emission produced by COG burning. The desuiphurization plants in phase 1,2 and 3 all belong to modified CLAUS process, that is, the process before the decomposition oven was designed by STILL-OTTO, and the process after CLAUS reactor was developed by CLAUS, GERMANY. The later already been used for many years. It has been widely utilized for the desuiphurization of natural gas and refinery plant, while the desuiphurization plant in CSC is mainly to scrub the NH3, H2 S, HCN out of crude COG, and to strip them out by steam in distillation plant. Afterwards, they are sent to the decomposition oven and CLAUS reactor equipped with different solid catalyst, the NH3, H2S, HCN, CnHm are burnt and converted to N2, H2, C02, H2O, SO2 and molten sulfur. The produced waste gas, together with N2, H2, CO2, H2O and trace of H2S, SO2 are returned to suction mains of COG stream for rescrubbing. The whole process is operated in a closed-loop so that it won't pollute the atmosphere, and the purified COG is sent to downstream for heating and make sure the SOx emission is below 300 ppm. |
