英文摘要 | Coping with market change and demand tendency of welding automation, Metal Industries Research & Development Centre has put their effortness on the breakthrough of key technology of welding automation. And MIRDC has successfully integrated a welding torch carriage AW95 with a vision sensor installed ahead for the seam tracking and adaptive control of MAG process. This integration can be applied in the welding automation of ship building. Bridge construction, even the tank fabrication of chemical industries with gauges from 6mm up to 40mm for the ferrous steel in flat, horizon and verical up welding position. The effectiveness of integration system AW95 has been significantly proved in the welding operation of with the aspects of decrasing the wordking burden of operators, reducing technical support of man hour as well as upgrading the stability of weld quality. |
