英文摘要 | In line change of the market and the demand for welding automation, Metal Industries Research & Development Centre makes every endeavor on the breakthrough of key technology for welding automation. And MIRDC successfully integrates a welding torch carriage AW95/97 with a vision sensor head for the seam tracking and adaptive control for MAG process as well as a joystick control for manipulation. This integration can be widely applied in the welding automation of shipbuilding, bridge construction, even the tank fabrication of chemical industry with gauges from 6mm up to 100mm for the ferrous steel in flat, horizontal or vertical welding positions. The effectiveness of the integration system AW95/97 has been significantly prover welding operations by decreasing the work load of operators, reducing support from technical personnel as well as upgrading the stability of weld quality. |
