中文摘要 | 本研究的目的乃在評估爪哇大豆(Neonotonia wightii)與賽芻豆(Macroptilium atropurpureum)作為芻料之可行性。引進及搜集之63個爪哇大豆品系中,經初步試驗選出 Ne17、21、38、42、55等5個適合臺灣生長的品系,並以蔓生豆科牧草中鮮草產量及營養成 份均優之賽芻豆為對照進行比較。結果在生育初期30及45天草長以Ne42較佳,分別達26.7 及66.1公分,但至種植後60天則對照組之賽芻豆草長最長達93.7公分,顯示在種植後45 天之生育初期爪哇大豆Ne42品系優於賽芻豆,但種植60天後賽芻豆則較佳。種植6個月後 及割後3、6個月鮮草產量均以Ne42最高,每次可達19.0,62.8及95.3公噸/公頃;割後賽 芻豆之再生覆蓋率並不理想,在割後60天之覆蓋率為52.3%,90天僅59.3%,遠低於Ne42 之96.7及98.3%,顯示賽芻豆較不耐割,再生草長及覆蓋率則不如爪哇大豆品系。在不同生 育期之植體成份分析上中洗纖維(neutral detergent fiber, NDF)及酸洗纖維(acid detergent fiber, ADF),爪哇大豆與賽芻豆彼此間差異不顯著。綜合上述,牧草地建立初期 以種植賽芻豆生長較快速,但在收割後3及6個月,爪哇大豆之再生性及產量則優於賽芻豆。 |
英文摘要 | The objectives of this study were to compare the regrowth ability between perennial soybean (Neonotonia wightii) and siratro (Macroptilium atropurpureum), and to evaluate their forage utilization. Five lines of perennial soybean,i.e., Ne17,21,38,42 and 55 selected from 63 introduced lines and one line of siratro used as the control were examined in the experiment. Line Ne42 was the fastest in growth with a stem length of 26.7 cm at 30 and 66.1 cm at 45 days after planting (DAP). However, siratro had the longest stem which reached 93.7 cm at 60 DAP. Line Ne42 had the highest fresh forage yield which was 19.0, 62.8 and 95.3 mt/ha at 6 months after planting, 3 and 6 months after cutting, respectively. The regrowth ability of siratro was worse than those of perennial soybean lines. The cover percentages of siratro were 52.3 and 59.3% at 60 and 90 days after cutting (DAC) as compared to those of line Ne42 with 96.7 and 98.3% at 60 and 90 DAC, respectively. There was no significant difference in chemical components between perennial soybean and siratro. The results showed that siratro grew faster than perennial soybean during the early growing stage. However, perennial soybean regrew faster and had better forage yield after cutting than siratro. |
