英文摘要 | Performance of the catalyst in fluid catalytic cracking units depends strongly on the metal content of the equilibrium catalyst. Several methods are useful to effectively manage the E-Cat's metal level. Among them, increasign the fresh catalyst addition rate is expensive but the most convenient operation variable from the perspective of plant operators. Deep removal of Ni and V metals from feed by mean of hydrotreating is cost effective. Selective recovery of E-Cat in accordance with metal content and their usage as flushing catalyst offers some reduction on catalyst cost. The economic benefit to add FCC E-Cat to the ROC unit and to optimize operation is estimated to be 0.25$/bbl. The metal content of E-cat directly affects dry gas rate and then loading of wet gas compressor. Wet gas compressor is always the constrain for ROC plant operation. So, it is important to rate the existing wet gas compressor of its maximun capacity of wet gas production rates. |
