中文摘要 | 催化裂解(Catalytic Cracking, FCC/RFCC)為煉油工業中生產汽油之主要製程, 由於原油趨向重質化以及塔底油裂化 (Bottom Cracking) 之需求, 媒裂觸媒配方必須加以 調整, 以因應進料中鎳及釩等金屬造成之毒化效應。 另外, 加入金屬抑制劑 (metal passivator) 或清除劑 (metal scarvenger or metal trap) 亦可達到耐鎳與釩沉積之效果 。本文將介紹鎳與釩金屬之毒化機構以及抑制金屬毒化之策略及未來發展趨勢。 |
英文摘要 | Catalytic craking (FCC/RFCC) is one of the major processes for the production of gasoline. Due to the trend for heavy oil processing and requirement for bottom cracking, the catalyst formulation has to be modulated in order to cope with the poison of heavy metals such as Ni and V. Alternative treatment with metal passivator or metal scarvenger could be effective for the improvement of metal tolerance. The poison mechanism and the strategy for metal passivation will be discussed in this paper. |
