| 中文摘要 | 本研究的目的在編製一套大學生適用的生涯阻力檢核表,以了解大學生在未來生涯發展歷程中可能遇到的阻礙。本檢核表的編製係以文獻探討、訪談(n=12)及開放式問卷調題(n=236)等方式蒐集資料,編成預試量表;然後在臺灣地后公私立大學,以分層叢集取樣方式,抽取635大學生為預試樣本進行預試;所得結果根據平均數、標準差及全距等資料,進行鑑別分析,再以主成分分析及斜交轉軸抽取因素,刪除不適當題目,編成生涯阻力檢核表;最後,抽取常模樣本,分別建立男、女生百分等級常模,並進行初步的信度及效度考驗。本檢核表共包包「職業抉擇」、「謀職」及「工作」三種阻力檢核表。其Cronabach α係數,總量表介於.93至.97之間,分量表介於.54至.94之間;間隔四週的再測信度,總量表介於.74至.83之間,分量表介於.50至.83之間;各檢核表分量表的內部相關皆低於各分量表與總量表的相關;此外,部分分量表在性別、年級及組別上呈顯著差異。研究結果顯示的三種檢核表的信度、效度尚稱適切。 |
| 英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study was to construct the Chinese Career Barriers Checklists for the assessment of college students' perceived career barriers. The method of survey was adopted to collect research data. Samples of this study were drawn from public and private universities and colleges by means of stratified and cluster sampling. Development of the initial item pool was based on a review of relevant literature, and the results from interview (n=12) and survey (n=236). A sample of 635 subjects was selected for pilot-testing. After item and factor analyses, the preliminary version of the Chinese Career Barriers Checklists was revised to the final version. The normative samples were selected and administered by the final checklists. The results were reanalyzed and norms, reliability and validity were established. The Checklists consist of three parts: The Career-choice Barriers Checklist, the Job-seeking Barriers Checklist, and the Job-performing Barriers Checklist. The results of these three checklists were summarized in four points:(1)The four-week test-retest reliability ranged from .74 to .83 for the total scores and from .50 to .83 for the subscales. (2)The Cronbach alpha coefficients ranged from .93 to .97for the total scores and from .54 to .92 for the subscales. (3)Intersubscale correlation coefficients were .22 to .76, and subscale-total-scale correlation coefficients were .46 to .89. (4)Significant gender, grade, and group differences were observed on several subscales of the three checklists. The results show that the three checklists have adequate reliability and validity. |
