中文摘要 | 適合鋁材陽極氧化處理的鹼浴組成是以水合氨與氟化銨為基礎,再添加有機鹽,如醋酸銨、檸檬酸銨等.電解浴中若添加有機酸鹽,則會生成均勻的皮膜,若不添加有機酸鹽,則皮膜不均勻.本實驗在探討使用DC&PC電流(定電壓20V)與改變添加劑.電解時間.浴溫等對陽極氧化皮膜之影響.氧化皮膜的厚度與通電時間成正比,而皮膜的硬度則與通電時間成反比.皮膜光澤度對浴溫或通電時間無規則性.最佳膜厚為10μm,是以含水合氨(0.1mo1/1),氟化銨(0.1mo1/1),檸檬酸銨(0.05mo1/1)之電解浴組成,在20℃下,以直流電定電壓20V,電30min而得.最佳硬度為164HV,是以相同組成電解浴,在5℃下,以脈衝電流定電壓20V,電解30min而得。 |
英文摘要 | The effects of organic acid salt on anodic oxidation film of Aluminum was studied by using DC & PC and changing additives, anodic duration time, and bath temperature. The anodizing of aluminum was performed by adding ammonium acetate and ammonium citrate to the organic alkaline bath composed of hydrazine-hydrate and ammonium fluoride. Uniform films were formed when anodized in baths containing organic acid salt, but non-uniform film was formed without additives. The thickest film of about 10μm was obtained in a bath containing hydrazine-hydrate (0.1mo1/1), ammonium fluoride (0.1mo1/1) and ammonium citrate (0.5mo1/1) by DC anodizing for 30 min at 20℃ at a voltage of 20V. And the hardest film of about 164Hv was formed in the same bath by PC anodizing for 30 min at 5℃ at a voltage of 20V. The thickness of the film increased with the growing anodizing time but its hardness decreased with the increasing anodizing time. In addition, the gloss of the film was not influenced by ether the anodizing time or electrolytic bath temperature. |
