中文摘要 | 傳統薄層矽膠層析與快速高效液相層析(HPLC)分離鑑定四種cinnamic acid衍生物的方法,難於完全分離,在此探討反轉電滲流(EOF)電泳方法以分離此四種衍生物,此種電泳最佳緩衝水溶液為:(6 mM hexadecyl trimethylammonium bromide, 8 mM sodium borate和2 mM sodium dihydrogenphosphate)-acetonitrile(7:3)。四種衍生物之分離可在4分鐘內完成,比標準區代電泳(11分)及HPLC(15分)要快及完全。EOF修飾劑(HTAB)對分離作用之影響於文中曾加以探討。 |
英文摘要 | Conventional TLC silica and fast HPLC to separate four cinnamic acid derivatives commonly found in acylated anthocyanin were summarized and found not able to accomplish the task independently. A reversed electroosmotic flow (EOF) capillary electrophoretic method for separation was developed. A carrier composed of aqueous buffer solution (6 mM hexadecyl trimethylammonium bromide, 8 mM sodium borate and 2 mM sodium dihydrogen phosphate) - acetonitrile (7:3) was found to be the most suitable electrolyte for this separation. The analysis time (4 min.) was shorter than those of standard capillary zone electrophoresis (11 min.) and HPLC (15 min.) Effect of EOF modifier concentration of carrier on the migration behavior of solutes was also studied. |
