中文摘要 | 本實驗以β-型幾丁質為原料,探討一系列不同去乙醯度、分子量的幾丁聚醣,在改善養殖池水的應用效果。所得研究結果得知,欲得某去乙醯度與分子量的幾丁聚醣,其製備條件可由使用之鹼液濃度與反應時間做適當的組合。不同去乙醯度之β-型幾丁聚醣處理養殖池水,在混濁度及懸浮固體之去除效果方面,去乙醯度造成的差異並不顯著。氨氮(NH3-N)及化學需氧量(COD)在未過濾前之上清液並無改善效果,過濾後氨氮濃度添加100ppm時略有改善效果,但整體趨勢仍隨幾丁聚醣添加濃度增加而升高。過濾後的COD值皆有改善的效果。以不同分子量之β-型幾丁聚醣處理養殖池水,混濁度整體說來以分子量大、添加濃度100ppm時效果最好。上清液經過濾後,氨氮濃度只有在添加100ppm時有改善效果,且以分子量大者較佳。COD值則在分子量大者的處理下,不論添加濃度為何,都有改善效果。β-型幾丁聚醣添加於養殖池水的抑菌效果,整體說來以高去乙醯度、分子量較小者為佳。本實驗中,對生菌數的抑菌效果有較大腸桿菌好的趨勢。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, β-chitin was used as a raw material to prepare a series of chitosan products with different degrees of deacetylation (DD) and molecular weight (MW). The products were then tested and compared for their effects on improvement of the quality of aquatic water. β-Chitosan of the desired DD could be obtained by means of a suitable combination of alkali concentration and reaction time. The removal of suspended solid (SS) and turbidity was not prominent using chitosan with different DD in the aquatic water treatment. After removing the SS from the supernatant of aquatic water by means of filtration, the concentration of ammonia-nitrogen decreased after 100pm chitosan treatment. But results showed excess addition of chitosan. The COD could be reduced by chitosan after filtration, and the optimal dosage was 300ppm of chitosan with 90% DD. In this study, we also assessed the effects of MW of β-chitosan on aquatic water. It was found that the SS could be easily reduced by a higher addition of MW chitosan. The optimal dosage was 100ppm. Antimicrobial tests with β-chitosan were also carried out. The higher the DD of β-chitosan or the lower the MW, the better the quality of aquatic water. It was found that the antimicrobial effect of β-chitosan on E. coli was greater than that on the total count. |
