英文摘要 | The experiment was conducted to test paddy precooling process in three round bins. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance and energy efficiency of the paddy precooling system. The inlet air temperature was 12-14℃, relative humidity was 90-92%, and moisture content of the test paddv was 15%. The capacity of each bin is 11 tons of psddy. The test were conducted while three bins were fully filled. The evergy efficiency was calculated to be 45.3% after the experiment had been processed for 1000 minutes. After the test, the temperature variations within bins were 1.4-2.4 ℃. Due to there small temperature variations the effects of natural air converction and moisture migration of paddy would be very limited and negligible. |
