中文摘要 | 本實驗之研究目的在於探討聚醣類(glycan)之最低有效抗菌劑量及探討其提升魚 隻之一氧化氮 (nitric oxide, No . ) 之功能。 實驗結果顯示 Barley、 Krestin、 Macrogard' Scleroglucan 及 ZymoDsan 等五種聚醣類之最低有效抗菌劑量: 注射為 10mg/kg b.w .、口服為 30mg/kg b.W. 而浸泡為 300ppm。 同時顯示三種投予方式給予魚 隻聚醣類均可顯著地增加魚體內之一氧化氮 (p<0.05) , 並且提升效果之次序為 Scleroglucan>Barley>Macrogard >Krestin>Zymosan,其中以 Scleroglucan 與 Barley 之 效果最為顯著。 |
英文摘要 | The aims of this study were to evaluate the minimum anti-bacterial dosages (MAD) of several glycans; namely Barley (Bar), Krestin (Kre), Macrogard (MG), Scleroglucan (SG), and Zymosan (Zym) and to investigate the effects of the above glycans to induce the nitric oxide radical (NO.), a short-lived free radical, in fish. results revealed that the MAD of glycans were 10 mg/kg/ b.w./i.p, 30 mg/kg/ b.w./p.o. and 300 ppm/day/immersion, respectively. From the nitric oxide induction experiment, the results showed that the amount of the nitric oxide was significantly increased in blood of the fish which were treated with glycans. Thus, glycans were proven to stimulate NO. production in fish. |
