中文摘要 | 由於複合積層材料具有優良的機械性能與強度重量比,故在航空太空方面的應用 已相當廣泛。唯在實際使用時,外來撞擊物造成複材結構內部之損傷時所有聞,如維修時工 具的掉落,飛行時鳥類的撞擊等都會造成材料內部的損壞。很明顯地,當內部損傷特別是層 間脫層現象發生後,結構的彎曲剛性、挫強度及壓縮強度都會明顯降低,致而影響其殘留強 度的大小,造成結構強度的下降,而複材積層板承受壓縮負荷之行為及強度對結構設計與維 護都是相當重要的因素。 本研究之重點在於藉助一系列之試驗,探討脫層大小╱形狀╱深度╱平面偏心對脫層成 長及殘留強度的影響。由試驗之結果顯示,含面積較小之橢圓脫層(長短軸比需適當)的積 層板比含面積更大之圓形脫層的積層板更易產生脫層成長;另外以往之研究其脫層位置都集 中在平板中心上,而本文之研究顯示當脫層位於幾何變形斜率較大位置時(比較靠近邊界), 更有機會產生脫層成長現象。 |
英文摘要 | Graphite/epoxy laminates have outstanding mechanical performance and strength-to- weight advantage used in various aerospace applications. Laminated composites containing damages resulting from tools dropping, bird strike or manufacturing defects, specially induce delaminations, can cause significant reductions. The compressive behavior and strength of composites are extremely important in structure design and maintenance. An experimental investigation of delamination growth and residual strength in compressive loading, based on the delamination size, shape, depth and eccentric location, is described in this study. The results indicated that it is easier to induce delamination growth for laminate containing elliptical shape when compared with a circular one. Furthermore, it is more favorable to occur delamination growth if the delamination located at the position where have large geometry slope (i.e., near boundary). |
