中文摘要 | 本研究針對不同疊層厚度的碳纖維強化鋁合金夾層板,在一定負荷下, 應力比為R=0.1、R=0.5的疲勞脫層成長測試作一探討。實驗結果顯示疲勞脫層成 長速率dD/dN與有效應變能釋放率Gmax-Gth大小的關係,可用類似Paris'方程 式:dD/dN=c(Gmax-Gth)m表示,其中c,m為適當常數(fitting constant)。應變能釋放 率之低限值Gth,可以分割為G0th和Gr兩項,其中G0th項被視為材料內部本身所 具有之界面特性的參數,而Gr項則由夾層板的殘餘熱應力大小所決定。因此,一 旦c,m,G0th等常數被決定了,則不同層數的碳纖維複材或不同大小的殘餘應 力等條件下,纖維夾層板的疲勞脫層成長情形,可以經由此經驗方程式作快速地 預測。 |
英文摘要 | An experimental study was conducted to examine the fatigue delamination growth in carbon-fiber reinforced aluminum laminates (CARALL) under cyclic loading. The growthrate of cyclic delamination between aluminum sheets and fiber/epoxy composite core has been related to the effective strain energy release rate, (Gmax - Gth), by an equation similar to Paris'equation, dD/dN=c(Gmax,-Gth)m where c and m are fitting constants. The thresholdenergy release rate, Gth, could be divided into two separable terms, G0th and Gr, where Gr hmight be considered as a parameter related to the intrinsic interfacial characteristics, and Gris the strain energy release rate solely due to the thermal residual stresses in the laminate. Hence, once the constants, c, m, and G0th determined, the fatigue delamination growth in the hybrid laminates with various volume fraction of carbon/epoxy and/or different residualstress could be predicted readily by this empirical equation. |
