中文摘要 | 使用Tween及Span系列非離子型界面活性劑,探討柑橘精油之乳化製程。發現,在高溫高壓條件下,可加速乳化現象。在110℃,250 psi N�砟�400 rpm條件下,於高壓反應器(autoclave)中進行乳化,乳化之過程比常壓(55��)所需之時間由24小時縮短至3小時,即可達到一穩定之乳液。經粒徑分析,乳化之顆粒平均直徑約為1.1μm。在操作程序上亦可簡化,而不須以慢慢加入之方式進行;界面活性劑、水、精油可同時一次加入。乳化製程可大幅度改進。 |
英文摘要 | The use of Tween and Span nonionic surfactants under the conditions of high temperature and nitrogen pressure, the rate of emulsifying orange oil was significantly enhanced. Experiments carried out in an autoclave. 110��. 250 psi of nitrogen and 400 rpm, the rate of emulsification was shortened from 24 hours (at 55�� under atmosphere pressuse) to 3 hours. The emulsion had an average particle size of 1.1 μm. The stability and kinetics of emulsion process were also studied. The process for emulsification had been improved. |
